Verification tests are billed per SKU per batch — every new manufacturing batch receives independent third-party lab testing. New batch means new test, new badge. That's what makes the TrustedProduct badge meaningful: it ties to actual recent testing, not a one-time claim.
Higher tiers receive volume discounts on lab testing as part of your subscription. A Scale-tier merchant pays $89 per test versus $149 on Launch — that's substantial savings if you're running multiple batches per quarter.

What does 'Founding Merchant pricing' mean?
The first 50 merchants who sign up get 40% off list price — locked in for the life of their subscription. The next 100 merchants (Early Adopter cohort) get 25% off — also locked in for life. After 150 merchants, full Standard pricing applies. Whichever rate you sign up at, you keep — even as we raise prices for new customers.
How are verification tests billed?
Per SKU per batch. Each new manufacturing batch you create requires fresh independent lab testing, billed at your tier's per-test rate ($149 Launch / $129 Starter / $109 Growth / $89 Scale). Tests are charged when you confirm a batch ships to the lab — never automatically.
What counts as a 'SKU'?
One unique product in your catalog. If you have the same supplement in 2 bottle sizes, that's 2 SKUs. Your plan limit applies across all connected channels — 3 SKUs total, not 3 per channel.
What's the difference between billing periods?
Monthly (no commitment) is full price. Quarterly saves 10% (paid every 3 months). Annual saves 25% (paid yearly upfront). All billing periods receive the same Founder/Early Adopter discount if applicable.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade instantly with prorated billing, or downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. Your Founder/Early Adopter discount applies to whichever tier you're on.
What happens if I have more than 25 SKUs?
Contact sales for enterprise pricing. We offer custom plans with unlimited SKUs, SSO, dedicated support, and white-label options.
Do you integrate with platforms other than Shopify?
